Case condition

The purchasing costs were too high, so the owners tasked the company management with implementing a modern purchasing organization with optimal distribution and a category focus in line with the market for this purchasing category.

Solution

In collaboration with another consulting company that contributed to developing processes and strategies for purchasing, KPIs and an updated system for follow-up and reporting, our consultant was hired as purchasing manager with the task of defining and proposing structure for categories, negotiating with large suppliers and being couch for buyers in their organization.
